1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for or using the services provided by Onescle ("Onescle", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our platform.
2. Merchant Account Responsibilities
To access the platform, you must register for an account using accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, enabling two-factor authentication, and ensuring all activities under your account comply with applicable local and international laws.
3. Prohibited Products and Activities
You may not use Onescle to sell illegal goods, counterfeit items, firearms, controlled substances, adult content, or any products violating the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Accounts found violating these rules are subject to immediate termination without refund.
4. Fees, Billing, and Subscriptions
Onescle operates on a subscription billing model. A new shop may try a plan free for the trial period shown on our pricing page. Subscription fees are paid in advance for a term of 3, 6 or 12 months and are non-refundable once that term commences. If a term ends unpaid, the storefront is taken offline after a grace period until a plan is paid; your data is kept. Nothing renews automatically: each term is paid for by you, so to stop, simply do not pay for the next one. The term you have already paid for runs to its end. To close your account and have your data deleted, contact us.
5. Facebook, Instagram and Messenger
Onescle connects to Facebook, Instagram and Messenger as a technology provider acting on your instructions. By connecting a Page you confirm that you are an administrator of it and that you have the right to publish its content, read and answer its messages, and share its product catalog. You agree to use these features in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms, the Meta Commerce Policies, the Messenger Platform Policy and the Instagram Platform Policy, including the rule that a Page may only message a person within 24 hours of their last message except where Meta expressly permits otherwise. We may suspend or limit the integration for your account where Meta instructs us to, where your use appears to violate their policies, or where Meta withdraws or changes the underlying permissions; in those cases we will tell you what changed and what, if anything, you can do about it.
6. Service Availability and SLA
We strive to maintain high platform availability and resilient cloud infrastructure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service during scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, or external carrier/gateway outages outside of our direct control, including outages or policy changes at Meta, Google or other platforms we connect to on your behalf.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onescle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform services.
