Questions about plans and billing
What is included in every Onescle plan?
A complete shop on managed hosting with SSL, your own domain, the website builder, unlimited orders, order, customer and inventory management, cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad, Pathao, Steadfast, RedX and Carrybee, the Facebook Pixel with the Meta Conversions API, AI product descriptions and Fraud Shield’s risk score. The comparison above shows what each plan adds.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every paid plan. During the free trial your shop runs on its own Onescle address; you connect your own domain once a plan is paid, and we provide the SSL certificate.
Are products and orders unlimited?
Orders are unlimited on every plan. Products are not: Starter holds 150, Growth 2,000 and Business has no limit. Storage, staff accounts and the monthly AI and SMS allowances differ by plan too — the comparison above has each figure.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, at any time from Billing. Choose the new plan and a term, and it starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. The time left on what you already paid for is kept: the new term is added after it.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing?
Onescle is not billed monthly. Plans are paid in advance for 3, 6 or 12 months, and you can move to a longer term whenever you renew — or pay for one early, and it is added to the time you have.
What happens when my subscription expires?
We email you before the period ends. If it ends unpaid your shop keeps working for a short grace period, and we tell you the exact date. After that the shop goes offline and shoppers see a “back soon” page. Nothing is deleted, your dashboard still opens, and the shop is back online as soon as a plan is paid.
Does Onescle provide hosting?
Yes. Hosting, SSL, updates and security are part of every plan. There is no server to rent and no plugin to keep up to date.
Does Onescle support bKash, Nagad and SSLCommerz?
bKash, Nagad, Send Money and bank transfer, along with cash on delivery, on every plan. SSLCommerz card payments come with Growth. International cards through Stripe, and EMI, come with Business.
Which courier services can I connect?
Pathao, Steadfast, RedX and Carrybee, on every plan: book a parcel and follow it from the order. Growth and Business add booking many orders at once, returns and exchanges through the courier, and checking a customer’s delivery record before you ship.
What is Fraud Shield?
It gives each cash-on-delivery order a risk score from the history of the phone number that placed it, and holds the risky ones for you to review before you ship. Growth and Business add the customer’s courier delivery record to that score. It also watches the internet connection an order came from and links an order to an earlier identical one, so you can ring the customer before sending two parcels. A shared connection never blocks an order on its own. Growth and Business also let you write your own rules — hold, block or let through orders by phone, district, address, total or item count — and show a report of what was caught and what became of it. OTP verification is on the roadmap and is marked “Coming soon” above.
Does Onescle provide AI tools?
Yes. Every plan writes product descriptions with AI, on a monthly allowance, and search titles and descriptions for your products, categories and pages on your own Gemini key. Growth and Business add AI landing pages, AI product images and AI translation, with larger allowances.
Can I migrate my existing ecommerce store?
Yes. Our team can move your products over for you. Migration help is free with a 12-month plan; the “Setup & migration” section above shows what it costs on a shorter term.
Can I add staff members?
On Growth and Business. Starter is for the owner alone; Growth adds staff accounts with roles and permissions, and Business has no limit on them. The comparison above has the numbers.
Does Onescle support Facebook and Instagram?
Yes. Every plan has the Facebook Pixel, the Meta Conversions API and scheduled Facebook posts. Growth adds Instagram posting, a content calendar, the Meta catalogue, Messenger orders and Meta ads reporting. Business adds automation rules for your Meta ads.
Does Onescle keep my accounts?
Yes, from Growth. Every sale, payment, refund, courier charge, counter shift, due, purchase and expense is recorded in proper double-entry books without typing anything again: a cashbook, what each bank and wallet holds, what couriers owe you, and profit and loss. Business adds the balance sheet, what customers and suppliers owe by age, the journal and trial balance, bank reconciliation, a VAT summary, and PDF reports emailed on a schedule. When you turn it on, the books are filled in from the start of the fiscal year.
Is there a POS for a physical shop?
Yes. The point of sale — a barcode counter, cash drawer shifts, purchases, supplier and customer dues, and expenses — comes with Business. On Growth you can add it from Billing as the POS add-on; it runs for the same term as your plan and ends with it. Starter does not include it.
Does Onescle provide API access?
Not yet. API access and webhooks are being built for the Business plan and are marked “Coming soon” above. They are not part of what you pay for today.
Can I manage multiple stores?
Not yet. An account runs one shop today. Multiple storefronts under one account are planned for the Business plan and are marked “Coming soon” above.
