Your books, kept as you sell.
Every sale, payment, refund and courier charge goes into proper double-entry books on its own. Open the cashbook or your profit and loss any day — nothing to type in twice.
Books from Growth; the full accounts — balance sheet, journal, reconciliation, VAT — on Business.
A delivered cash-on-delivery order becomes a balanced journal entry — cash with the courier on one side, sales on the other — and the cashbook and profit and loss update.
Real books, made from the work you already do
- Cashbook
- Profit & loss
- Cash with couriers
- Balance sheet
- Bank reconciliation
- VAT summary
You run the shop. The books write themselves.
Onescle posts each record to the books the moment it happens, by reading the record itself — so the books always agree with your orders.
- Online orders as revenue when delivered, with their real cost of goods
- Payments, gateway fees and refunds
- Courier charges, and cash on delivery held by the courier
- Part-payments on an order, as they come in
With the POS add-on, counter sales, cash drawer shifts, customer dues, purchases, supplier payments and expenses post the same way.
Know where every taka is sitting.
Cash in hand, the drawer, the bank, bKash and Nagad, and the money still with your couriers — each with its own running balance.
- A separate balance for every cash box, bank account and wallet
- Move money between them, with a fee if there is one
- Cash with each courier, by parcel and by age
- Record a courier payout and see expected against received
See how the business is really doing.
The cashbook shows every taka in and out. Profit and loss shows what you made — and compares it with last month or last year.
- Cashbook with a running balance, per money account
- Profit and loss, compared with an earlier period
- A books check on the overview, and CSV export
Business adds the balance sheet, who owes whom by age, cash flow, the trial balance, the journal and general ledger, and a VAT summary.
Match the bank statement to your books.
Upload your bank or wallet statement as a CSV. Onescle suggests the matching entries, and you tick them off — so you know the books and the bank agree.
- Upload a CSV statement from your bank or wallet
- Suggested matches by amount and date, best reference first
- Match, ignore or undo, line by line
Built so the books cannot quietly go wrong.
These rules are enforced by the database itself, not left to anyone remembering them.
Always balanced
An entry whose debits and credits do not match is refused before it is saved.
Nothing erased
Entries are never edited or deleted. A correction posts a reversal and a new entry, so the history stays whole.
Close a period
Lock a month once it is done; a late correction lands in the next open day instead.
Only your books
One shop can never read another shop’s books.

Questions about accounts
Do I need to know accounting?
No. You keep selling as you do today, and the entries are made for you from your orders, payments and courier charges. The reports read in plain words — what you have, what you owe, what you made.
Which plan has accounts?
Growth has the everyday books: the cashbook, cash, bank and wallet balances, cash with couriers and profit and loss. Business adds the balance sheet, aging, cash flow, the journal, general ledger and trial balance, reconciliation, a VAT summary and PDF reports. Starter does not include accounts.
Are expenses and purchases included?
Yes, when your shop has the POS add-on: counter sales, cash drawer shifts, customer dues, purchases, supplier payments and expenses are recorded there and post to the books automatically.
Can I import my bank statement?
On Business, yes — upload the statement as a CSV file and match its lines to your books, with suggested matches by amount and date. There is no automatic bank feed.
Can I correct a mistake?
Entries are never edited or deleted, so the history stays whole. When a record changes, its entry is reversed and posted again; on Business you can also post a manual entry, and lock a month once it is closed.
Can I download or share reports?
Every plan with accounts can export CSV. On Business, reports are made as PDFs — in English — and can be sent to your team on a schedule as a link to download.
What happens to my past records when I turn it on?
Your records from the start of the fiscal year are posted in the background, and you enter today’s balance for each money account so the opening figures come out right.
Stop rebuilding the books at month end.
Let every sale, payment and courier charge keep them for you — and see your profit any day you want.
